EXCHANGE & REFUNDS
We do not accept Exchanges and Refunds unless the item you purchased is defective. You can return the defective items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@troof.bh with details of the product and the defect.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Bahrain, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Customers are responsible of shipping fee of exchanged items. Upon receipt of the exchanged item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, whether you are entitled to a an exchange. If you are entitled to a exchange, a receipt will be sent with the replacement item details and link sent via email to pay the shipping fee.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
